The Medical Endoscope Cable Assembly is Reunion's specialized interconnect solution for endoscopic imaging and surgical instrumentation, designed to meet the stringent requirements of minimally invasive procedures. This cable assembly combines ultra-flexible, high-cycle conductors with medical-grade connectors and overmolding to create a reliable, durable interface between the endoscope camera head and the image processing system.
The cable construction incorporates high-strand-count conductors with precision impedance control to maintain signal integrity for high-definition video transmission (4K and beyond), while the outer jacket is fabricated from biocompatible, sterilizable materials. The assembly features integrated strain relief and bend-limiting elements to protect the cable's delicate internal structures during repeated handling and sterilization cycles.

Radio frequency plasma surgery system:
We increase the spacing between the high-voltage pins and the low-voltage pins, add partitions, and separate the high-voltage pins from the low-voltage pins with partitions to meet the customer's requirement of 2000V high voltage.
Considering the overall cost of the consumables, we use plastic connectors. The socket shell is made of high-maintenance PSU, the insulator is made of PEEK, the socket holes are made of 12u gold-beam copper plating, meeting the customer's requirement of a 10,000-cycle lifespan for the entire machine. The plug is made of normal materials, and the pins are plated with 1u thickness of gold. The cost is low enough to meet the one-time use requirement.

Multi-layer shielding – Foil + braid shielding provides >95% coverage to prevent signal degradation from EMI.
Differential-pair construction – For 4K signals requiring differential transmission, we use twisted-pair construction with controlled length matching.
100% TDR testing – Every assembly is tested for impedance consistency and signal integrity.
