The M25 Series Waterproof Connector is Reunion's highest-capacity industrial interconnect within the M-series family, designed for applications where substantial power delivery must coexist with environmental protection. This threaded circular connector combines a rugged 25mm interface with IP67/IP68-rated sealing, making it suitable for heavy-duty equipment, motor connections, power distribution systems, EV charging infrastructure, and renewable energy installations where moisture, dust, and vibration are constant challenges.
Available in 2- to 12-pin configurations, including hybrid power-signal variants 5, 3+9 pins that combine high-current power contacts with low-voltage signal contacts in a single housing, the M25 series supports a wide range of high-power applications.
Contacts are machined from brass with selective gold plating, maintaining low and stable contact resistance over hundreds of mating cycles. The max current that can be supported is 30A per contact.

To achieve and maintain IP67 sealing, Reunion recommends:
Mating torque – Hand-tighten the coupling nut until the O-ring contacts the panel surface, then apply additional torque of 1.2-1.5Nm using a torque wrench. Do not exceed 1.8Nm.
O-ring inspection – Replace the O-ring if deformation, cracking, or hardening is visible.
Replacement schedule – For demanding applications (daily washdown, outdoor exposure), replace O-rings annually. For standard industrial environments, every 2-3 years.
Cable bend radius– Maintain minimum 5× cable diameter at the connector entry.
Cable orientation– For outdoor/washdown applications, orient the cable exit downward to prevent liquid pooling near the seal interface.
